More about the Class: Rich harvest tones, crisp textures, and the warmth of the autumn table, fall offers endless inspiration for the watercolorist. Celebrate the beauty of the season by stepping into the studio to create your very own fall-themed still life. Choosing from a vibrant collection of pumpkins, ornamental gourds, Indian corn, shiny apples, or other fall themed items you will compose a personalized arrangement that captures the essence of autumn in fluid color.

Under the guidance of a master watercolorist with over forty years of professional experience, you will learn how to bring these classic fall subjects to life. Through live demonstrations and a clear, step-by-step approach, you will build confidence in layering rich color on color, applying smooth washes, using masking techniques, and rendering realistic textures, from the smooth skin of an apple to the rustic ridges of a squash. With tailored individual instruction, you will gain a deep understanding of the medium and the tools needed to achieve striking results.
