Pottery on the Wheel, Monday Evenings

Students will learn ceramic wheelwork techniques and handbuilding methods in this class. Instruction will be tailored to students’ skill levels. Using the wheel as a tool, forms will be thrown, altered and assembled to create various functional vessels of various shapes and forms. Glazing techniques will also be covered.

Supplies are included in the tuition and covers 22 ½ pounds of clay, tools, glazes and firing for that amount of clay. Instruction is suitable for ges 16 and up. Students must provide a clean towel each week.
