PALETTE PIONEERS: FOUNDATIONS OF PAINTING

4 Saturdays, APRIL 4, APRIL 18-25, AND MAY 2, 2-4pm

Every great artist started as a pioneer! In this 4-week adventure, students ages 6–12 will go beyond the brush to discover how paint can bring stories to life. We will experiment with the "feel" of art through texture, the "rhythm" of patterns, and the "emotion" of abstract colors.

Using both watercolor and acrylics, we’ll travel through time to learn how the world’s most famous painters saw the world—then, we’ll use those same skills to show the world how we see it.
