More about the class:

Ditch the standard Friday night routine and kick off your weekend with a hands-on escape. This beginner-friendly workshop invites you to roll up your sleeves and craft a functional ceramic chip-and-dip serving platter from scratch. No pottery wheel experience is necessary—our instructor will guide you through the relaxing art of hand-building, showing you how to shape the clay, attach your dip bowl, and add personal textures that make the piece uniquely yours.

The studio provides everything you need including the clay and design tools. Because clay behaves best when you are comfortable, just wear clothes you do not mind getting a little dusty.

Once your design is complete, you leave the messy part to us. We will carefully dry, fire, glaze your platter with your choice of glaze, and do a final firing in the studio kilns, turning it into a durable, food-safe serving piece that is ready for your next party.

🗓️ Pick-Up Info: Your masterpieces will be ready for pickup 3 weeks from the class date. Please call or email the studio to schedule your pickup time. (If the kiln gods smile upon us and they are ready early, we will shoot you a notification email!)
