More about the Class: Ever wonder how artists create those deep, moody shadows and hyper-realistic textures with just a piece of burnt wood? It’s time to find out.

Charcoal is one of the most expressive, forgiving, and versatile mediums in the art world and it's the perfect place to start your artistic journey. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll transform a blank page into a dynamic still-life drawing. You’ll learn how to block in shapes with confidence, master the secrets of dramatic shading, and use charcoal pencils to weave in jaw-dropping detail.

Working directly from live setups, you won't just learn charcoal, you'll build the ultimate foundational skills that make all 2D art look incredible. Grab a seat, get a little messy, and walk away with a masterpiece you’ll be proud to frame.
