Join us for this hands-on, beginner-friendly class where you'll go from novice to proud basket maker in just one session! Basket weaving is more than just a craft—it's a journey into creativity, history, and creating something beautiful and functional with your own two hands.
You will weave a charming Small Market Basket, perfectly sized for your kitchen table! Imagine serving warm rolls, fresh fruit, or neatly folded napkins in a rustic, sturdy basket that you made. This is the perfect introduction to the structure and strength of woven reed.
*Students will need to bring a small towel and dishpan for water and dress in clothing that may get soiled.
