Artist Info - Oysters on Telfair Invitation
Art Dropoff Deadline: Friday, October 2 by 5pm
The annual Oysters on Telfair fundraiser is one of GHIA’s biggest events! We invite local artists to participate by donating artwork to the art auction. Artists who participate receive a free ticket for entry (a $100 value!). Proceeds from the evening support GHIA’s mission of providing visual arts education to the CSRA community.
Have you been invited to participate this year? You’ll find a copy of the artist info at the link below. Fill it out and return it with your artwork for the auction by October 2.
Reminder: Artist Guidelines
New OR existing artwork welcome – You can pick up a free 9x12 board from GHIA to create a new work, use your own canvas, or submit an existing work. Existing work should not have been submitted to Oysters on Telfair in previous years.
All mediums welcome – 2D visual art, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, mixed media, etc.
Set your own starting bid – $50 minimum.
Artwork due by October 2 – This gives us time to include your name in the printed program and photograph your work for the online auction.
Artists receive a FREE ticket to Oysters on Telfair – a $125 value! In addition to the auction of the art, the evening includes delicious hors d'oeuvres & oysters, live entertainment, and an open bar. Artist tickets are non-transferable. We are grateful for your support towards our annual fundraiser!
