Raised closely with his Korean grandmother, Brian McGrath explores themes of identity, heritage, and memory in his work as an Asian-American Artist.  Brian’s playful and meticulous approach to making allows process driven concepts to develop in various materials and outlets.  Brian is an Artist and Educator located in Augusta, GA. Brian is the Art Studio Specialist for Augusta University and also teaches ceramics at Chautauqua Institution in New York in the summer. He teaches Pottery on the Wheel and select workshops at GHIA.
