Elements including line, shape, form, proportion, value, & texture create the foundation that enables you to render much more realistic & accurate drawings. Various techniques such as gesture & contour exercises, cross-hatching, blending, & contrast will explored. This structured class focuses on discussions, demonstrations, & step-by-step instructions designed to give you the tools that will lead you into greater creative expression. A range of drawing materials will also be explained & used in this fun & informative class.For those who wish to continue after this class, Drawing II: Principles is designed as a follow up to teach the priciples of putting all these elements together.
